If a saucepan, skillet, or pot does not meet your expectations or kitchen proportions, our return procedure is transparent, completely free of charge, and fully compliant with the Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 and the Consumer Rights Act 2015.

1. Item Condition for Full Refund

To qualify for a 100% full refund, items must be returned in brand new, unwashed condition (preserved in their original product box with all protective foam, cardboard separators, handle wraps, and instructional leaflets intact).

Right of Inspection: Under UK law, you are entitled to inspect the cookware just as you would in a retail shop (e.g., examining weight, handle comfort, and finish). However, pots or pans that have been washed, seasoned, cooked with, or exposed to stovetop flames cannot be resold for hygiene reasons and will incur a deduction reflecting diminished value.

2. Return Instructions (3 Easy Steps)

  1. Pack Safely: Repack the clean, unused cookware into its original internal cushioning and shipping carton.
  2. Affix Included Label: Take out the pre-printed return label provided inside your original delivery box and stick it firmly over the original dispatch label.
  3. Drop off: Lodge the parcel at the designated carrier drop-off location or Post Office and retain the proof of postage receipt.

3. Quality Inspection & 3-Day Refund Completion

Once your returned package arrives back at our Slough facility, our team carries out an inspection. Your full refund will be processed and returned strictly within 3 days of package arrival.

Refunds are credited directly back to the original Visa or Mastercard payment card used during checkout. Depending on your bank's card clearing cycles, the funds will reflect on your card balance or statement promptly within this 3-day turnaround.

4. In-Transit Damage or Manufacturing Flaws

If any pan arrives with a bent rim, broken lid, or flawed enamel, notify us within 48 hours of receipt at support@parkstcookware.co.uk with a photo. Under the Consumer Rights Act 2015, we will provide an immediate free replacement or a full refund at no cost to you.
