Product Care & Help Guide
Product Care & Cooking Guide
Preserving nonstick performance, thermal efficiency, and longevity across your pots and pans.
1. Initial Use & First-Time Washing
- Initial Wash: Before first use, hand wash your new pan with warm soapy water and a soft non-abrasive sponge. Rinse thoroughly and dry completely with a clean tea towel.
- Light Conditioning: For nonstick frypans and skillets, rub a drop of vegetable oil over the cooking surface with a paper towel on low heat for 1 minute before wiping clean. This primes the nonstick surface.
2. Heat Control & Utensil Selection
- Low to Medium Heat: Our cookware utilizes high-conductivity thermal bases. High flames or maximum induction boost are rarely needed; low to medium heat preserves coating integrity and prevents oil carbonisation.
- Utensil Guidance: Use silicone, nylon, or wooden spatulas. Never cut food inside the pan or scrape nonstick surfaces with sharp metal forks or knives.
3. Cleaning & Thermal Shock Prevention
- Cool Down First: Never plunge a sizzling hot pan directly into cold sink water. Severe thermal shock can warp pan bases and damage enameled coatings.
- Hand Washing Preferred: While many pans are dishwasher-safe, hand washing with mild dish soap preserves handle luster and nonstick slipperiness for years.
