Q1: How much is delivery, and how long does it take?

All UK orders enjoy Free Standard Tracked Delivery (£0.00). Orders placed before 2:00 PM (UK Time) on business days are dispatched in 1–2 business days. In-transit delivery takes 3–7 business days, resulting in a total expected timeline of 4–9 business days.

Q2: What is your returns policy and does it cost anything?

We offer a 28-day return period from confirmed delivery. Returns are completely free (£0 return postage and £0 restocking fee). A pre-printed return postage label is conveniently included inside your parcel for simple return lodgement.

Q3: How quickly will my refund be completed?

Once your returned cookware is received and inspected at our workshop, your full refund is processed strictly within 3 days back to your original Visa or Mastercard.

Q4: Are Park St Cookware pans compatible with induction hobs?

Yes. The majority of our cookware lines feature a magnetic stainless steel base plate or solid cast iron core engineered specifically for rapid, efficient connection with induction hobs, as well as ceramic, gas, and electric rings.

Q5: Are your nonstick coatings safe and non-toxic?

Absolutely. All nonstick surfaces in our collection are 100% free from PFOA, PTFE-toxins, lead, and cadmium, certified to British and European food contact standards for wholesome daily cooking.

Q6: What payment cards do you accept?

To provide maximum security and cardholder protection, we strictly accept Visa and Mastercard credit and debit cards only. We do not accept PayPal, alternative instalment schemes, or cash on delivery.
